@@Nursewithwings and if she want transfer from AIIMS delhi to AIIMS bilaspur ... Interstate transfer is allowed ??? And she again qualified norcet exam And scored 98.9 cgpa and rank was 1011 .... But opted for AIIMS bilaspur but due to less seats she didn't get bilaspur ??
