I have had MS for 13 years I go to bed at 10:00 p.m. and wake up 5:00 a.m. I have four prunes soaked and half a cup of porridge every second day it works the treat and I used to be very constipated must empty B4 bed

In regard to pelvic therapy is it beneficial to people who cannot empty their bladder? Does anybody have any opinions about the Supra pubic catheter? My issue is that my bladder will not empty. I am going for a second opinion about this very thing. Can anybody share experiences, thoughts Etc🙃

Gr8 to have others share the problems that I too have. Bladder issues certainly have affected my comfort to leave my home to a shopping trip or a nice drive with my family. Good info on Condom type tube and bag to collect urine when going out and pelvic floor exercises.
