I wondered if I was missing out on GSX, that so many other simmers seem to go crazy about. Thanks for showing me that all I am missing out on is frustration and a bad attitude from FSDT! (I had their addons back in FS2004 and FSX and they were the same then. Absolutely no basic respect for customers. To them, customers are nothing more than a nuisance).

I am not a GSX expert but I found this here www.fsdreamteam.com/forum/index.php/topic,29692.0.html maybe that helps. You need to run GSX in Administrator mode in Windows. I hate that but it seems that it may solve your problem.

Uninstalled to try fix a problem and now can’t even get the universal installer to install I turn all virus and firewall off and nothing

Please help! I just bought GSX pro and I downloaded it and tried to load into the sim and it froze. I removed gsx from the folder and the sim worked again. What do I do?

Did you use the FSDT Universal Installer to get it installed?

for some reason my baggage loaders dont come or anything just fuel truck not even passangers

15:12 I had this problem with Dx12. Switched back to 11 and it’s all gone.

I am on DX11 - in the meantime it has stopped again - not sure what that was.

Yes, second post on my frustration with GSX. In business, if SO MANY customers are having difficulties, similar problems, and the same questions…..maybe….Just maybe, they should reconsider THEIR delivery process of the product we paid with our hard earned money. Maybe provide some reasonable video tutorials that walk is through how to complete a useful setup? Or better offer drop down menus that we can select for aircraft and location. Even if it doesnt work at all locations, as I can understand the overwhelming difficulty it would be to setup all airports. But maybe the TOP 100 or so to start. WORST money Ive spent on any addon for MSFS yet. Hate it. And trucks drive through wings etc. Absolutely terrible product. Too bad its not returnable.

omg do u have to set it up for every single airport? This is something GSX should have set up themself, then you just need to configure for your aircraft

@@maynen93 ….yes…..just to be clear, every airport, and even worse every gate at every airport. Its crazy they spawn the equipment on the ground, but it drives through wings, drives through each other, passengers walk through mid-air, it loads its own jetways at each airport, but doesnt seem to know where they are in relation to the plane necessarily. Im obviously not a fan, but Ive earned my right to opinion since I paid for the product. They are not honest in their webpage claims about the product. WAY too much work and fighting with it to make it enjoyable. Even the ground crews walk through the plane and their own equipment. Its truly ridiculous

@@jay-rus4437 Imagine every user would share a document containing the code (cfg) files for specific aircrafts and airports GSX setups, and then everyone just did their small part. Then you could just copy paste this code into your GSX for whatever plane you had.

Way too difficult to use for the end user, the customer. I did in fact purchase it, and it is more than frustrating to try and use. Its extremely time consuming. I spend more time fiddling with it than I get to enjoy flying in the sim. Its SO inconsistent. Today I reinstalled it, spent time setting up one particular gate at KDFW for the fenix a320…..so what happened after my two hours? Heard some audio of passengers boarding, to never see any actually board. Two passengers were seemingly lost and walking back and forth on the ramp….where they should NOT have been. They should have been coming in from the jetway……BUT, the jetway would never connect, even though it was there. YES, I verified that stairs were turned off, jetway was on etc etc. I unloaded ALL other apps that may have posed a possible conflict with GSX. Im sick of it. Im 50 years old, have an engineering background, actually went through flight training IRL, and dont feel that a payware item like this should be SO difficult. They should allow us to select our aircraft from a dropdown menu, and possibly even have specific airports that it works with. THEN have optional custom builds for those that want to. They are rude, disrespectful, and expect the paying customer to do all the setup that may or may mot actually offer us what we paid for depending on what day it is. Im a business owner, multiple businesses in fact, and this is not a good business model. They will find out soon enough when people finally get tired enough of their attitude and lack of actually providing the product that THEY claim in their little description.

It's Italian hot-headed culture I'm afraid. The Italians are quite 'brusque' in communicating. But FSDT's attitude has been like this since FS2004 days. Umberto and the crowd are old timers and have no patience. They'll never change.

@@DavidR_192 …. As a new simmer, just since last summer, Ive actually noticed this attitude with many developers. It may be that we are simply dealing with programmers that are not customer oriented. They simply lack the skillset. Ive seen it quite a few times now over the months.
