MSFS - Weather Radar is not that bad

Some claim the standard wx radar within msfs is useless.... this is a short demo that it works fine ... ok its just minimal info you will get (just precip, no turbulence etc), but to get to know if the layer is at, below or above your current altitude it works fine..... Its made with the pms 750 pop-up version because there is no wx radar within the Fenix because there is no 1000% accurate possible.^^

What is this? What is this weather radar and also why do aircrafts don’t have it? I thought msfs weather radar was bad?

Its a addon (PMS50.com GTN750) which has a popup mode to use it on each plane ... the logic is the same as the native msfs weather radar has .... nothing special and not that bad at all.

It's the default radar. It is far from bad. People just have misconceptions and have no understanding of how a radar should work

@@Ale_v2-31 the radar reflects precip not cloud ……………….. and if you even watched the video you would see it’s not 2D either
