Thank you for another easy to follow tutorial. I like the idea of adding "(Shared)" to the display name to differentiate them from just unlicensed users in the Active Users list. That's a nice way of preventing accidental deletions of shared mailboxes too. I always went to EMC (classic)-->recipients-->shared. I like your method better. Much more efficient.
