Today I am building 3 tiny homes on one lot for Occult sims! There are homes for a vampire, a werewolf, & a spellcaster! Will they co-exist on this property? Or fight to the death?

An apartment for each occult would be interesting, like turning that giant one in San Myshuno into a bunch of supernatural studios. Or making an apartment where every occult is living together, like the vampire is annoyed that the alien keeps leaving extraterrestrial goo in the sink, and the werewolf always clogs the shower drain (it’s actually the spellcaster, but they are fine with throwing the werewolf under the bus)

This totally fits my story line. And since I can't build for crap, I appreciate all the builds from the talented people who can!! My family from too many toddlers were turned, one vampire, one warewolf and the last became a spellcaster to cure the others. Now I have a great lot to but the triplets on!

I love all these little houses, especially the spellcaster one! I like that it has a few realm of magic elements but with the more cottage witchy vibes. I think if spellcasters had gone more of that aesthetic route and had a little more depth to gameplay they would be my favorite occult, but right now I think it's werewolves in first, followed closely by vampires for me. I'd love to play all three and see how they get along! P.S. I can't wait to see your build (s?) in the next expansion pack, I'm so excited that you got to do that!

great idea, I love ocult builds. The reason I bought the sims 4 in the first place was because of Spell casters, so they're my favs. I like vampires, and judging from the videos online, werewolves looks awesome too. I like the underground room in the vampire house. I think the werewolf underground tunnel/bunker would have worked great with this build too btw.

love this!! also i can’t wait for the highschool pack, i don’t know if the carnival lot is an actual lot or an area sims can go without being on a lot like the wolf pack’s hangouts, but if it’s a lot that can be built on it would be really cool if you built a carnival! also some teenage hangouts like an arcade or maybe fast food restaurants where they can “work” would be fun :)

Personally my favourite tiny house is the spellcaster's one, you won me over with the charming rustic vibes and all the plants - it's super cute and cosy!! But my favourite occult to play with is vampires although I haven't gotten the chance to play with werewolves yet & they seem really fun :)

I love how much you used the new archway from werewolves! I haven't been brave enough to use it, but it fit so naturally in your build and really enhanced the space. My favorite tiny home is torn between spellcaster and werewolf, I just love the werewolf furniture but I love your concept for the spellcaster house! I love all the occults But my favourite has to vampires, the aesthetic is just amazing. Also the powers they have are so cool! And they are very well balanced with the weaknesses And in terms of the tiny homes I think I like the shape of the vampire one the most, but the interior of the werewolf one is amazing

I LOVE your creativity with all of these, I could never do something like that! Stylewise I think I'd prefer the werewolf building, but all of them are great! And for gameplay: I hate playing with occults, so I didn't buy the packs (okay, I only bought Realm of Magic, because I am a huuuge Harry Potter fan). But I am never playing with it, I only want "normal" familys without all the fantasy aspects, so I couldn't tell you.

I LOVE all of these houses and the landscaping, but the Werewolf one is my fave! It's the most "normal" but the brown and blue color scheme is just so appealing (lol and yes that desk is amazing.) The other two are great as well. I also love that bed from Outdoor Retreat, especially in the green and light wood grain swatch. :D The vampire house is so sneaky cool. Ahhhh. And I'm glad you're finally working on a pack!

Love the look you've created! Unfortunately all being on the same lot disqualifies them for all the perks that come with tiny home residential. I really miss being able to place lots wherever we want. It was a great feature. And you probably could have achieved a similar look if there was the possibility to shape and place individual lots close together.

These were all adorable! I don't know which one of the three to pick. But fr though, I definitely agree with you about these three occults. Vampires and werewolves have seen a huge improvement as the series progressed (except vampires treating the plasma fruit like a juice box and the transformation animation in TS3 was cooler) but I feel like Spellcasters haven't really gotten better as the series has gone on and they've mostly stayed the same throughout all four games.

For gameplay I like spellcasters the most, closely followed by werewolves. For the builds I prefer the cottage look from the spellcasters House but the vampire house also looks interesting. Would you be interested in doing a dorm for occults?

vampires cant go out in the sun, that house gets a skylight for the basement XD not trolling i just thought the irony was brilliant! Also the werewolf house is my favorite, makes me think a whole trailer park of just werewolves all with their own unique personalities would be super cool, as for my favorite occult sim, I agree with you about vampires stealing my heart when they were first added, but the werewolves are sooo detailed and awesome, the fact that I can't make a green witch like in oz irratates me
