Commenting bc there was another one below about the indecisiveness but tbh I actually don’t mind seeing the back and forth. I like longer form videos anyways so the extra time doesn’t bother me, and I think it’s fun to see your thought process as you try different things. Sometimes a room is just extra difficult to lock in for whatever reason and it’s nice to know you also go through that process of trying to see what fits best! I do like when you explain why you made a change or preemptively saying that something will change, it’s all part of the creative process and what makes the videos interesting!

As someone who is very indecisive at moments, it is nice to see I am not the only one who is struggling. It is very interesting to see how you find the one you want to use in the end. I also would love some realm of magic upper cabinets.

I really, really liked the bed & pillows & rug combo at 10:33 (though I also liked the rug shown a few seconds before too), but the finished room is still nice and I like the vanity/dresser design you went with. I'm also a particular fan of the shower/tub curtain with the wallpaper and other finishes.

Also commenting for positive support of the indecisiveness kept in the video (I know a lot was cut out)-because personally this is my struggle when trying to build 😮‍💨 It’s nice to see the transparency and hear your thoughts and feelings when you were trying to figure it all out. Sometimes when I watch people on YT build, they seem to have everything together and it makes me feel super self conscious because it takes me *hours* just to find the right color for something 😮‍💨 So I don’t mind that indecisiveness *at all* 🥰 I think you’re doing an amazing job!

They always give us kitchen counters and only kitchen counters.. maybe some day we will get cabinets and only cabinets (that MATCH most of the counters or would at least look good with most of the counters)

i love how the build turned out! but it is kind of frustrating when so much indecisiveness is kept in. i think it'd be more interesting if you talked about why you were trying the things you do, but saying "then i did this then i tried that then i switched back to this" when we're also watching it happen isn't fun to watch or listen to. editing because i just wanted to clarify i would never have said anything if you hadn't asked for our thoughts lol, just don't wanna seem mean for no reason

I have a love-hate relationship with those cottage living counters. They were very lazy when they were doing the swatches. I just hate that the hinges are same colour as the counters - no one in their right mind would put paint over them, maybe except of landlords but that's a story for another day. Usually, this problem of one shade on everything is a problem just with black - the main reason why I don't use black swatches despite it being my style and my favourite colour. These cabinets managed to have the same problem across almost all of the swatches. It would not kill them to give black bed different bedding than solid black or maybe give black chairs different padding than black - or who knows, would it be too wild to ask for black furniture with brass hinges and knobs instead of black? I love black, but 95% of black swatches are like they poured a bucket of black all over it and don't even bother with anything else than maybe a shade of grey once in a while. Thankfully, they are getting a tiny bit better, but it's not happening fast enough. I miss times when you could pick a swatch for counters and tops separately, or separate bed frame and bedding. It's even sadder considering they took time to give the counter worn out look on corners. That's an overhaul that would make TS4 worth for another 10 years instead of making TS5.
