@@RCPLANEVIDEOS Thats brilliant. I have 8 Saito engines, Three 72s, four 62s and one Saito 40. They are all great operators but was just wondering about Saito 100. I can go ahead now and buy in confidence. The best of luck with all your planes and many happy landings.

Beautiful warbird! I’m wondering if you think the Saito 100 would be enough power for a 79” wingspan moonwalker? I’m hoping an engine like yours will do the job. Plane will weigh about 9 lbs when it is finished, depending on the engine.
@RCPLANEVIDEOS6 жыл бұрын
what is a moonwalker? But with 4kg weight 17ccm should be enough to fly ;-)

Thank you - the whistle is a coincidence, we think these are the wheel wells. The surface has been made with fiberglass mats and then varnished

I dont think this plane has the freaze type ailerons and you can see the effect, your turns the nose is heading out of the turn, if you were sitting in it the ball would be going to the out side, correct me if I am wrong,you should know all about the freaze aileron you invented it.great looking plane though. I wish I could land mine like that.vunderbar mine hear.

Why are the wings so flat there's no dihedral? Looks wrong
@RCPLANEVIDEOS6 жыл бұрын
I'm sorry, but you have to ask this question to the manufacturer TopFlite ... it is and remains a beautiful model with great flight characteristics!!!
@matthewstimmel74975 жыл бұрын
If memory serves, the bottom of the wing has 6 degrees of dihedral and because of the relatively fat root sections and thin tip sections, the top of the wing has about half of the bottom. If you look at a real spitfire from straight on it really shows . Also note the "gull wing " on a spitfire. Most models miss that.
