I have this MB with an i7 and yes, you need to manually activate XMP in BIOS to get 2933... (I used 3000mhz DDR4 with this CPU/MB and if I recall correctly, it defaulted to 2666mhz on initial boot... i simply turned on the XMP to get 2933 after the next reboot).

Some case has a stand off bolt (in my Fractal Design R5 is right in the middle of the case and your mobo). This bolt doesn't need to screw, just insert your mobo on it.

I have two of these MBs, one with an i7 9700F and another with the i5 10400F... both were BIOS revision 1.0 (initial version) and both recognized the processors right off on 1.0 BIOS... I later upgraded both MB's BIOS to v1.3 (the current version as-of this post), though it wasn't necessary.

I am confused between MSI B460 Tomahawk and this Board MSI B460M Mortar Wifi. Which one to get. Feature wise both are very similar, price is also similar in my place. B460 tomahawk is a full ATX board while the Mortar wifi is an Matx board, but it has Wifi and bluetooth built in. Although I am connecting through ethernet cable and I have an external Wifi router. And I don't understand the use of Bluetooth 5.1, first of all one can fit it additionally at any point secondly I have only played a few music tracks by using the bluetooth. If the price is similar, only about 10 dollar more for a full ATX board, what Motherboard will you suggest Odin Hardware, performance and heating wise? Won't the full ATX have more estate to spread the heat? Lots of question. I may sound noob, may be I am a little too finicky. But suggest me which one to get?

I have i5 9400f with B365M Mag Mortar and I have an option to upgrade to i5 10400f with Mag Mortar B460 wifi for only difference of 63USD($) also the bluetooth in B460 will be very helpful do you think its worth it? I had bluetooth dongles they don't work well with DS4 latency is worst

Thanks for the postive feedback Yes it's definitely worth upgrade and yes I very well understand the quality of cheap bluetooth dongles This motherboard has all the qualities. I enjoyed listening over my Bluetooth earphones even sitting two rooms far from my system, reception is great

You can use 3200mhz memory or 3600mhz memory, or whatever you like, but the way Intel CPUs work, it's going to downclock the memory to match what the CPU uses... in 10th Gen Comet Lake that means i3/i5 at 2666 or i7/i9 at 2933... that's just an Intel thing, it has nothing to do with this MB. The human eye can't tell the difference between 2933 and 3200 anyways.
