If it's turning the screw, but not coming out, the screw mount is probably broken. Those are extremely difficult to remove. Need to pull on the case to create pressure, but if it doesn't work, you'll have to drill the top off.

I took the time to make the video. The least you could do is watch it so that I can get that 0.01¢ that Google will pay me. Or you can pay me $10 to give you the answer. It's sad that customers pay me to fix their computers, I take extra time to educate people by recording and explaining everything as I do the repairs on these computers, and instead of taking the education, I am basically told, I don't care about your video, just give me the answers. Yes, it would have taken less time for me to just give you the answer, but I don't want to build a community of thousands of people asking questions that are flat out answered in the video. Please watch the video. You'll learn a heck of a lot more than just what type of RAM the computer uses. That type of education people pay thousands of dollars for and I provide it for free.

I have the laptop since 2 months and I accidentally spilled coffee in :( I have cleaned it completely and I waited till it went completely dry. I switched on the laptop after 24h with the AC adapter pulled in and worked perfectly but when I disconnect it (alone with the battery) doesn´t wants to work. I have disassembled the battery thanks to your video, replace it the same again (reset as well) but still doesn´t wants to work w/o the power plugged in. I guess battery is damaged but how can I know that the charging circuit is not as well affected? Thanks once more for your amazing help!
