Yes, the laptop will work fine. It will just be a bit noisy because of the fans, more noisy than a desktop.

is the fan noise only on when its intensive use? With normal use you don't hear anything? And you can manualy set the fan on and of?

If the fan is turned off, the laptop starts thermal throttling. You can control the fan somewhat, but it starts up fairly quickly and then ramps up as needed.
