I have currently the said model unfortunately you need to get a separate external speakers since the built in speaker of the said laptop is not auditory pleasing plus the laptop itself easily heats up which is normal to most laptops. Just need to buy a laptop stand or cooling pad to avoid the device to overheat.

MSI doesn't have All India aftersale service centres so you should check for it and I'd say you follow this channel for gaming purposes then wait for some online sale and get yourself a gaming laptop as they sell around 45K INR during sale. And you can get MSI Bravo 15 which is most of the time under 50k and is a beast for its price. But yeah MSI service suck and this is why I picked a Lenovo Ideapad Gaming laptop

It's a bit downgrade from It's previous versions 10th/11th gen, they had thin bezels and wider keyboard than this, also the build quality is a bit compromised, the previous models were of military grade durability, fully aluminum chasis etc. They had done cost cutting which caused quality compromise, disappointed after watching new 12th/13th gen modern 14 models.
