I have this laptop and I love it. I am the only one in nursing school that isn't attached to the wall. I highly recommend this laptop for school and work. I also play a little LoL on the side and it doesn't even make a dent in the battery life.

Did you get the one with discrete graphics? Or can it handle LoL with just the CPU?

I had been planning on holding off getting into the new Ultra line until it got to 2nd or 3rd gen, as I don’t usually like buying 1st gen products. But was able to pick this up for only $1149 on Prime Day and couldn’t be happier. Seems like MSI finally did what I’ve been wanting for years - make a Windows laptop that focuses on things other than being the most powerful, like efficiency and form-factor.

I bought this laptop a few days ago! Is beautiful. The screen is WOW. The battery also. I haven't used it yet with Resolve for video editing. Do you think it will do well with the fusion? (the after effects of DaVinci)

Awesome review!!! how did this laptop get so much better performance using the 155H chip when compared to say the Zenbook 14 OLED from earlier in the year? Is it a thermal throttling thing? Also do you think the ARC graphics are good enough for simple 3D modeling/animation??

The 60 hertz screen is a big plus in my eyes - I don’t need more than that while I’m working and it maximizes battery life. Same for the decision to include an awesome IPS display - does it look as good as the OLED version? No, but it does prolong the battery comparatively. Pull your head out of your ass and remember that not everyone has the same needs as you.

It depends on the games. Compared to previous generations of integrated graphics it’s amazing. But it still has its limitations.

The fact that it can game at all is pretty damn amazing and just a bonus. Remember when even the highest end GPUs would struggle to run Cyberpunk?
