I had bad experience with MSI quality, I've bought multiple MSI motherboard for my computer shop before and almost all of them died prematurely or slowly gave me random issues.

Its lottery, I can say same about asrock, but I had more than 20-30 boards from msi for myself and clients never had issues so far even once
