Happy New Year, Ryan! Really nice Dover HIGHdraulic from the 1990’s too! (That Floor passing Chime “Bird-Chirp” sounds kind of similar to an Otis Series 1, with the Analog Floor Indicators.)

Happy New Year, Christian! I refer to this floor passing chime as the "shoe squeak." The bird chirp is the much more common 80's floor passing chime!

My local HS has one of these! Only serves two floors and was most likely installed in 1995-96. It's the only elevator in the school and it's placed in the dead-end English hallway, so it's an inconvenience to the disabled despite being required to not violate the ADA!

I believe this old girl is from 1994 according to state records so it is indeed turning 30 years old this year And riding this a few times in the past, she is indeed a strong fighter Anyhow, happy new year Ryan!
