I came to FIESTA to eat LECHON, but ended up cooking DINUGUAN with a local Filipino chef 👨‍🍳 🇵🇭

In this video, I share an unforgettable experience that could only happen in the Philippines! What started as a simple craving for Lechon and some fun karaoke quickly turned into an incredible evening of cooking Dinuguan with a local Filipino chef.
Join me as I dive into Filipino culture, making new friends, singing our hearts out, and learning to prepare the traditional blood stew, Dinuguan. Although I couldn't try the dish I helped cook due to my religious beliefs about not consuming blood, but I was happy to see that Food tester Paul really liked it 😋

You can use pork belly if you wish. Or any part of pig. Add more .chili.pepper. coconut milk.. others use tamarind ..instead of vinegar...any province have different version about cooking dinuguan...hope you like staying in our country ..always take care ..

When I was growing up (that means a long time ago) during fiesta every house is open to all including strangers. One doesn’t need an invitation; you just need to go into the house and you will be served.
