A beautiful house but not practical. 1. No bedroom at ground portion 2. Small stairs, hard to shift stuff. 3. Small doors 4. no cover on the rooftop sitting, cushions will get wet after rain. 5. The dining area is too small. He just hit the vase while walking around. There is a full list of blunders.

No doubt it’s a beautifully constructed house, but I get the feeling the builder might be new to the market, considering how much they’ve spent on such a small plot. If I were to spend 14.5 crore, do you really think I’d only have space for one car and just three bedrooms? G-6/2 is not an area where you can make a significant investment, but the price for this house seems excessive. It’s a lovely home, though-just overpriced. Stay blessed!

House design is good but too much going on still. Makes it claustrophobic. Keeping simple and plain would have made interior look better. I don’t see any window enhancements , instead ceiling lights are on daytime. There is no need for chandelier in a minimalist house interior.
