Wonderful vlog! In Bengali it is "Roso-golla" রসগোল্লা! Breakfast in Bihar and Bengal is served with sweets! In Patna, if u had eaten outside, the Poori Thali is mostly served with Jilebi. Rest Bengal you know without sweets, any meal is incomplete! Please try "Langcha" or long Gulab Jamun there!
