I cook my smoked turkey leg low over night in the crock pot, then set aside. Next add greens in the morning to tenderizes the big leaves& seasonings. Set& forget until leaves are soft. Re add meat to done greens. BOOM !!! Ready for dinner. Just sharing...cause I'm lazy.
