I love that whenever I watch one of your new videos, the algorithm recommends these lovely archival vintage vids of Lush products I can only dream about.

Oh thats great! 😊 Yes vintage lush was so lovely. I like their new subscription box because some items are remade vintage or retro products.

Random question: but why exactly do you choose to chop up the bubble bar with a knife beforehand? Why not go the traditional intended route of crumble it under the running water using your hand?🤔
@briana7253 жыл бұрын
It’s just preference! If you don’t like the crumbles to be in the actual bath you can do it with the mesh strainer. Using the strainer with chopped up bubble bar also can make more bubbles using less of the bar 🙂

Chopping it up into a fine powder gives more bubbles. If you think about it, there's more surface area in a powder to interact with water.

I was surprised when you cut it with the knife 😮 If you put it in the bathtub without cutting it and then run hot water over it in the shower, it will become more foamy and beautiful!!!

For the last 20 years, on all my hundreds of videos of Lush bubble bar demos, i do use it like that. But on instagram the Lush community cuts them, for ASMR. So i kind of got used to doing it this way since i hang out on instagram a lot.
@i_am_chiharu223 жыл бұрын
@@MSlushalot I see. Certainly a good way to use it this way as ASMR 🤔 but I personally think that the sound of Bubble Bar popping when you put them in the bathtub without cutting them can also be used for ASMR 😆
