VertX should make a modification or two to the SOCP Fanny Pack: 1) A small pass-through in the mobile device pocket for a charging cable. That way a battery can be kept in the next pocket and be plugged into the device for bodycam/surveillance use. Slap a 90-degree plug into the device, and you can go for hours. 2) A rip-open tab of nylon on the main flap. If you're going to be carrying, you're going to want a way to open that main pocket quickly without fumbling with a double-zipper.
