as a certified chocolate lover i kinda agree with your husband on this one! something about the brigadeiros was a let down for me. i expected more of a frozen icecreamy-ness consistency from it for some reason

The chocolates are easy to make- just melt a bag of chocolate chips. with a a can of sweetened condensed milk. Mix together slowly over the stove top or in increments in the microwave. Stir often and be careful not to overheat. Let cool. Roll into small balls and place on parchment paper lined plate. Roll in sprinkles or desired topping . Keep refrigerated or frozen. Enjoy an incredible sugar rush!
