Imagine watching the show as a young adult (only like 17-19 or so) Feels weird to know the generation under mine is already waxing nostalgic, it only gets worse as the years pass quickly and u don't feel that much older or different but u have to watch everything u grew up with get rebooted, remade, remastered (which is the only good one) or trash talked by a bunch of kids who can't understabd it cause they simply weren't there. Sometimes u have to live through a time period to really get all the feels...even if they modernized it a bit, kids today would most likely not get why this show was even that popular (most likely assuming it was all thanks to Ariana).....but would most likely still love Jade tho!

That's what happens when a show leaves a mark. Just like musical artists from previous generations such as Michael Jackson and Whitney Houston who are still admired by younger generations today that didn't grow up with them due to how influencial and iconic they are.

SpliTz CaGe If course everything I like that isn’t a Netflix original eventually gets removed. Why did they get rid of Revenge after having all 4 seasons after the show ended!?! Also my favorite movie, The Lovely Bones, used to be on Netflix, but not anymore. At least I never have to worry about the movie “Before I Wake” being taken down. That’s a Netflix original, so it’s hopefully there to stay. I highly recommend it if you haven’t seen it before.

Victoria Justice has been a scapegoat for Victorious being cancelled. It was really Dan Schneider getting bored with the show. In addition, her statement, "I think we all can sing" was taken out of context--as is typical in scandal sheets. And, a combination of scandal sheets and reactionary fans have fabricated a feud between Ms. Justice and Ariana Grande. It's a precarious matter when it comes to Liz and Ari not getting enough opportunities to show their musical chops. To an extant, it would've been rewarding the unprofessional behavior of their characters. Jade tended to be rude and mercurial, and Cat tended to be silly and unfocused. That said, Schneider made a mistake by chopping up their performance of "Give It Up" in the editing room. It's also sad that there's an official video for "Freak The Freak Out," but not for "Give It Up." While it's true that Victorious was all too often the Victoria Justice Show, it's also true that Ms. Justice has become an easy target.
