While it’s not a blooper, something interesting is in each episode in the scene after the opening theme. When the actors are individually listed on the bottom corner, they’re presented in order from oldest to youngest. Notice in the first couple seasons it starts with Ed and ends with Aubrey and in the later seasons it starts with Ed and ends with Jerry (who played Joe)

I cannot remember the name of the episode, but it is the one where Sophia goes back to the scene of her car accident. Manny is with her and she tells him to go into the restaurant across the street, but she calls him by his real name, Rico, and no one caught it. BTW love the show. You, watchmojo or somebody needs to do a "top (however many)" review of Claire's most evil/psychotic moments (and YES, Claire, I used spellcheck!). I'm not sure if anyone else besides me has noticed, but beginning in season 6, for reasons unknown, Julie Bowen started portraying Claire as more of a sillier, more obnoxious and smartalic character than she was in earlier seasons. She became more prone to bullying characters like Mitch and Haley (especially after the latter got back together with Dylan and got pregnant with twins) and even doing stupid things that were far beneath her, such as "zorbing" in EzraVision and trying to scare off a dog by pretending to run over it with the car. And let's not forget the sick "smiling about death" joke.
