I love the episode where everyone thinks Sheldon is a communist, and Connie stands outside her house, waving her flag and singing patriotic songs, and when a car goes by, with the driver yelling at her, she stops singing to yell “screw you!” And then continues singing. lol 😂

Connie in YS is nothing like the version of her that we saw in TBBT. If you do the math, Connie would have been in her early 90's when she appeared in season 9 of TBBT. Considering the lifestyle she lived in YS, it is unlikely that she would live that long.

Y'all say Meemaw, I see and hear a combination of the Sugarbaker sisters and Mary Jo Shively from "Designing Women." 😂 The "Young Sheldon" writers and Annie Potts must've had "Designing Women" in mind with Connie Tucker haha. I just wish the series (and Big Bang Theory universe) could do a plot or subplot and "Designing Women" reunion with Potts (as Meemaw), Delta Burke, and Jean Smart. That episode's tag has them watching the series and making tongue in cheek comments about DW and the characters/actors.

Those tornados are pretty scary and it’s so weird how one house gets thrown to s;;t but the one across the street only has a tree topple over in the yard. I’ve only traveled/commuted and had hail hitting at me, been in a couple minor earth quakes. No hurricanes that I can recall. Prepped for one at the office before going home. Im thinking along the lines of how I hear Texans take care of each other. Im sure MeeMaw will have her home built to her specifications. She’ll probably get some added pluses as if she didn’t already have a spa tub but say, that they just came out with them just not before Connie moved in. Stuff like that.
