The funny thing about "The Dirty Dancing Move" bit is that Emma Stone is terrified of being lifted and even more terrified of heights. She kept freaking out every time they tried doing the lift.

I had no idea that Emma was so petrified of doing the lift, that she had to have a stunt double! She and Ryan had natural chemistry, so it makes sense that they weren't acting in the confession scene, and the crew just let them improvise with the camera on.

Hmm, I think they made a little too much of Tom Hanks’s comment “off the top of his head.” It’s definitely funny, and I’m glad they kept it in, but since he was carrying a goldfish, not too much of a stretch to mention it. That’s on the narrator, though, not Hanks. Very good picks!
