The MSR Habitude series of tents are fantastic family tents, and the 4 person was just the right size for my family of 4 on our recent trip. We spent several nights in this tent, and it worked perfectly. I will say that even thought we didn't experience any severe weather while using it, it is one of the best built family tents that I have used before. Well done MSR!

Is there a way to uncover more of the rain fly in order to increase ventilation, without taking the rain fly completely off?

First time watching your content - thanks for a great review! im planning on getting this for a family camping trip (me, my wife and a 4yo and a 5 month old). do you think I'd be able to fit a pack n play in here with 3 more people in sleeping bags? thanks again!

Thanks for this review. I've considered this one. What do you think about using it for a long road trip for a solo traveler/camper? Is it too much trouble to set up for short stays? The point of this size would be to have a comfortable little cabin for getting out of the car. Smaller, easier to set up tents don't have the height, so I'm torn about what to get.

I would love to see this tent without rain fly. One of the things that really rarely gets covered is level of privacy with rain fly off. Are the walls with mesh or does it have the solid sides up to neck level?
