You know lately Marauders edits have become a thing and, yes, everytime I run into a new one I watch it with the hope that the editor came out with at least *something* different from the rest. I understand there are not A LOT of clips from were to choose if we all use the exact same dreamcast, but still. Anyway, I say this because I don't know if is your editing, the song choice, or probably everything mixed up, that made this video really special. I mean, I was honestly looking at the screen with a very spontaneous emotional expression. I really enjoyed it very much. Thank you.

I've seen a lot of great Marauders Edits, but never seen any use the line "It had never occurred to me that our lives, which had been so closely interwoven, could unravel with such speed." and boy did that hurt me. Lily + Marauders and their friend group/other Order members (Marlene, Dorcas, Frank & Alice, Gideon, Fabien...), within a few months all of their lives were completely destroyed...

I just don't know how much more tears I have left for them, but your video proved that I definitely didn't cry enough. It hit me especially hard when James was at the funeral and turned and saw Marlene. Honestly, this fancast, these moments - it's already such a big part of the fandom, that it grew its roots deep. Thank you for such a heartbreaking video. It's just so good!

This is so good! Great editing! When talking about making a "club" I'd love to see a video on Tom Riddle and his school friends and their "club" where they called themselves the Knights of Walpurgis and they referred to 16 year old Tom Riddle as "Lord Voldemort" so basically while he was at school Tom Riddle started his own cult of the first Death Eaters. That would be a good video to make if you're interested. But I love this video on the Marauders and his everyone seems to be in agreement with who the cast should be. 😂 Apparently I can see that LaurenMichelle started the trend of Regulas Black being played by Timothee Chalamet even tho I disagree because he's French not British. 🤭 But the other cast I do like. 👍 And you did a good job with them talking to eachother and the voiceovers very good storytelling. I've seen a lot of videos similar to this so obviously people love the Marauders but if a movie was made about them they would need a different cast who fit the proper teen age for the characters because these are all adults lol 😂

And yes, we’ve stuck with these dream cast for so long now that they’re around the ages they would be from the philosopher’s stone onwards, that’s so crazy when you think about it.
