You did well out there on the track! Glad you got the thumbs up from the locals on the car and you have a good platform to learn on. They had it going around really well and I can see how it can be very enjoyable to just chill and slide around the track for a while for sure!

Great idea, beside learning technics from pros, it's always good to see what else can your car do (sorry, this sentence was much easier in my language, so I don't know if I got on the spot)

Nice mate, Ive been umming and aarring for a while, but my local didnt have any kits when I went in (I really wanted a kit). So I ended up buying used Yokomo. My daughter now gets my Sakura D4.... Hope to see you some time upmthere at the Hunter track soon.... And I agree, doing circles in your kitchen or garage just doesnt do it... It wasnt till I got on a simple track at a multi-level garage with some of the local boys that I realised...1 my car wasnt set up properly...and 2. I sucked at drifting 1:10 scale...more practice time was needed...and seeing others gave me something to compare to as a benchmark...😊 Take care.

Couldn't agree more it's a difficult skill to learn and do it properly couple of things I learnt along the way you need to watch pro's in action see exactly what they do and wheel changes you need to learn to control a drift with stupid slippery wheels then gain pace from a slightly better traction set I really should do an update vid I promise I will very soon see where my learner's permit is at now hope the yokomo is working well for you that's awesome your daughter is involved mine love's rc and adventure would be awesome to catch you at the track some crawling and drifting 💪thank you for watching have a great weekend 👊

I'd highly recommend that exactly why I bought it everything is there to build on my drift skills were zero I learnt to drive with it and now same stock car is hitting decent competitive lap time only thing I've changed now is the wheels stock are great to learn control then you'll go a bit better traction to get the top end speed out of it thanks for watching and good luck 👊
