Tom would get a little payback on Crow when they riffed The Painted Hills. Crow got all emotional over whether Lassie would actually die after being poisoned in the movie, and Tom took great delight in pointing out that that Lassie, and indeed all the animals in the film and even many of the actors were of course long dead at this point. Joel had to intervene there too. Lol!
