@@phaseloli6668 well Hey trunade is really for preempteive purposes (going 2nd) whereas ariel is for after combos have begun. Dont get me wrong im always running 3 just cause the secondary effect but yeah thats my logic especially since my side deck allows me the space and the golden lord is still meta.

@@raulcastillo9254 Bless you buddy I can absolutely understand that. What I love about Hey Trunade is the fact it not only removes all forms of interaction during my turn it also forces back their build up play two turns since the s/t's aren't in the grave to generate free advantage. I run Dino's and if I can't OTK it at least allows me to get far enough ahead that I should have the advantage as even if they do summon Eldlich I can flip it face down before it does anything. I will note they can counter trunade with the counter trap and they can shotgun their monster traps to tank more damage which against Dino's isn't so bad because each monster is basically free damage but for other decks that struggle pushing damage it can be an issue.

Nice thinking man thanks for the knowledge I appreciate it. The same concept could also be applied to virtual world with their traps as well. Big IQ my guy. Also I can imagine the salty faces you come across when you play that card. Lol 👌😂

Droll is a very easy hand trap to play through with any Tri-Brigade engine deck. I would not recommend siding. Lancea is the biggest hinderance, or Ashing the Simorgh during End Phase.

Against dinos you can also ash double Evolution pill if they use misc without any Monsters on the field

Droll vs dinos is crazy. They usually open a pot card and then u just chain droll. Fossil dig is also crazy, even ovi stops the pill search which is their main combo. Plus it’s one of the few handtraps that does anything

Imperm is good against D Link, because you can drop it on borreload when it activates effect to get counters. It can't negate since it doesn't have counters and it just becomes a body on board.

Skull meister should get an honorable mention because it's decent against shaddolls and eldlich and it's very good against dino, especially if you're playing a deck that can't rely on lancea and otk them the next turn, since they will still have all their resources

Misc is the best ash against dinos but I think there's value in hitting the baby that was destroyed by archosaur but that's only really to play around gamma.

Imperm is good against dragon link, it's not high impact but its always live and can stop many effects like elpy, also imperm + nib is a nasty combo going second if you happen to draw them

I think D. D crow if used right can be very devastating. Like if you banish aleister before they use invocation or against eldlich. And in dino you banish misk on activation because misk discard itself and you banish it.

Not quite devastating honestly, Misc should be banish after its effect to protect resolved not on activation cause they can just discard second Misc if they have it

Droll and lock bird isn't that great against birbs deck. They only search like 3 times and while it does limit their end board a bit they can still get simorg on the board. Lancea or D. Shifter will end their turn if used on them.

Droll vs bird up is not good. It is only usefull if the deck bricks hard. You’d rather have lancea/nib/ash or anything else. They just need a winged beast and they get simorgh with protection, I think pak’s got the wrong read on the deck

Rogue usually tends to search a lot I'd say, so Droll is probably better.

Droll is not good against lyrilusc tribrigade, this has been my favourite deck for 2 months now and droll only really effects it they have a perfect hand of warbler + fraktall but they still will end on simorgh + statue, they just wont have the appoloussa to go with it.

On resolution of Nadir Servant, the chain would be CL1 Apkallone, CL2 Droll. Resolving the chain backwards, Droll prevents searching, and then Apkallone resolves as much as possible. Since it can add back from GY to hand, the only Shaddoll in GY at that point (assuming no other variables) is the Apkallone itself, so it must return itself back to the ED. Because the Apkallone activated and was successful, the player cannot has no choice but to shuffle the Apkallone back. Hope this helps :)

I disagree on bird up being hit by ALL the hand traps. I’m sorry guys you must be playing some low rated players on the deck. If they’re good they don’t lose to nib ash or imperm. And most certainly droll. You can hit us game 1 with droll but if you’re boarding it in you’re wasting your time. I personally make droll less than viable games 2/3 and lancea will always hurt but you can mitigate it by doing other combos reliant on other strats (granted I’m not on bird anymore I’m on zoo tribrigade). Anyway outside of that great video guys. Love ya both keep doing your things!

Yeah, playing a Tri-Brigade variant myself, Lancea (and sometimes Ash) is really the only one that screws me up. Everything else, especially Droll, is super easy to play through

They use Muddy Mudragon in their combo line now, usually to summon Dragoon substituting for Dark Magician, but it can also be used to summon Caliga substituting for Aleister.

Yes. It just makes Dinos unaffected while on the field.

Also if they Misc in MP1 and after BP go to MP2 Misc's effect has expired and you can Nibiru them for example. Only a few Dino players know these interactions and even fewer will tell you about them. Yes, I've read misc.

@@babrad I remember when I played a Dino player who used misc in MP1 then went to MP2 after the BP and he tried to argue me down that you can only use nib in the MP that your opponent reaches 5 or more summons. It was ridiculous

@@rez3r092 Also if you have Crow in hand, you let Misc resolve and then Crow it out of the GY. They cannot discard a second Misc during that MP. But if you were to chain Crow on Misc's hand effect, they can respond with a second Misc since its protection effect hasn't resolved yet. That is why i believe they should limit Ovi as a hit to the deck (i don't like it that much, but when a new player comes i recommend them this deck both for being semi-budget and easy to learn as well as viable) and not just ban Misc because without Misc Dinos become extinct (Ovi to 1 is a huge hit if there needs to be one).
