I've been up there once which is probably enough, I had to stop for Mt goats in pretty much the same place as you did, It's funny, I get a bit of anxiety watching you ride up but i dont get it when I am, hate driving the mt's in my truck but love it on a bike, probably because I cant see the edges in the truck. The whole area is awesome for riding. Find Unaweep Canyon and rude through there if you get that far west. We just stumbled onto across it and it's amazing too.
