Thank you so much for putting these videos together. I was really struggling to figure out what I was doing wrong in this dungeon, but after you explained it, it seemed so obvious what I was doing wrong (like not noticing the faces on whimsy were reflecting where the attacks would happen on the floor)

the bosses became smart. vauthry knew thsat the telgraphs are yellow/orange so he adjusted the floor to the same color XD

yea, i was healing for my first time through and was eating so much nonsense bc of the eye strain. even had to adjust settings partway through

I am from the future and they made the floor tiles dirty gray to make it easier to see in 5.08.

there's also that book boss in the great gubal library that has the three column aoe's that are pretty much the same shade as the floor. ate like 3 of them until I realized they even existed

You should stand next to the glowing add, and treat it like the bosses aoe. It makes a target shape aoe that spreads from the glowing add.

You know I struggled with the feather marionette for months because while mtq shows how to dodge the solo doughnut she never performed the mech during feather marionette. Ty for explaining only one add drops the doughnut 4:56

Weird question about the cube, maybe I’m over thinking it but… does the floor mirror the cube, or do you picture the floor as on top of the cube, ie, is the bottom face on the cube the closest square on the floor, or the furthest?

I Just did this blindly for the first time. I played as Ninja as well. Oh boy...I got killed like 3-4 times trying to figure out mechanics on my own. Very tough dungeon for the first timer. But it was fun at least. It was my first time I got killed out of all ShB dungeons as well,

First time going as a healer here (scholar specifically)... Heard how tough it can get to w2w and felt bad it got to the point that tank had to invuln at the 2nd w2w T_T I wasn't prepared at all to queue into mt gulg as I just wanted to practice my scholar with random leveling roulettes... I was so used to reserving my aetherstacks for excogs and lus that I completely forgot about my sacred soil now having regen and that I had recite, no wonder I got 0 comms 😭😭

Or of course, simply go in with Trusts and stand on one of the AI trust's toes throughout every boss battle. It's not 100% reliable, and maybe not in the spirit that the dungeons were created. But it does help people who are too lazy/bad to work out the patterns.

And to add, this works best as a tank just due to the higher HP. And in my opinion, Urianger is the FAR better healer as a trust.
