These videos are wonderfully informative and dearly appreciated. Although I have one issue, if I may - the music is distracting and (in my opinion) unnecessary. I'd much rather have a silent or commentated video, or maybe other sound effects if those aren't too expensive in terms of time.

Thank very much for the comment. I really appreciate it! The music is a complex issue. First, the 3-D modeling requires 300 pictures to be stitched together for each one-minute of video “spin”. It requires 8-16 hours of work to publish a simple one-minute video “spin” without narration (and the photo mesh regularly doesn’t work). Outdoor video “spins” require much more time to do (more than half of my attempts do not mesh together successfully -at least at first). Also, I want to publish videos as often as possible, so I often bypass narration to save time and to publish more frequently. Thirdly, 75% of the audience on this channel is foreign, and do not speak English. Although my English-speaking audience wants me to narrate, the much larger foreign audience prefers that I do not narrate at all. That is why I translate the video description notes into 100 languages for each video…. However, I’m starting to pivot, to focus more on making longer and narrated videos (instead of the one-minute music-only videos). But the longer, narrated, 360-degree videos take weeks to months to do. A 20-minute long showcase video will be published before the end of the year. I want to show what can be done with this type of media. A key focus is to use 360-degree video to present geology. But I am a one-person operation, and I can’t produce quality videos faster than what I am doing now. So I hope you understand, and I thank you for the kind words! Oh BTW-I learned sign language in college and used it at a camp for the deaf and for communication while SCUBA diving. It’s very cool you know sign language so well!
