Yes. Day trip from Osaka via Yoshino Line of Kintetsu Railway.

The red bridge is called "Ohashi Bridge". It is located around the goal of a long winding slope, called Nanamagari-zaka, which connects lower and upper stations of Yohinoyama Ropeway,

It's Yoshimizu Shrine which is one of the best spots for gorgeous views of Mt Yoshion's cherry blossoms

We visited there late March. Cherry blossoms bloomed very early this year in various parts of Japan including Yoshino(usually from early - mid Apr.).
