The Shifter knob of the Front gear with pressing it for 2nd and 3rd it will not chnage the gear and it will also not comes back to its own position. And it will stay at the pressed position. What shall I do ? Cycle is Brand New

i did follow this process, but now my issue is, to shift front gear form 1 to 2 i had to turn adjuster to full, now shifter is too hard that i cannot push it to 3. other thing is, chain is rubbing in 2nd gear. So can you please resolve it?

I think your front chainring is bent ..that's why chain is rubbing with derailleur cage. Plz check your front chainring.
