I remember Matt filming a video at the start of Covid, riding around the Caldecott area showing his local and I was reminded of when we used to ride our bikes when I was at school in Stantonbury. This video also reminded me of those times - yes the late 80's/1990, so fully rigid MTB's on a step down within the grounds, jumping 30+ feet sometimes to flat with a ditch at the bottom! I thought about seeing if Matt could arrange to go there and ride that jump but looking on Google Maps, I can see that there's trees all over the place now, so would probably be impossible to ride there? Bummer! I now live in North Wales and really miss MK, I only ever ventured to Woburn for the garden centres and the Masters Golf but a few of my mates would often rally their Mini's around Bow Brickhill and some mates of mates rode their MTB's around the forest! Make the most of your youth everyone!
