You have some apps that work in metro, and some apps that work in desktop mode. Chrome for example, But hey, if you use W8 in desktop mode, it feels a lot smoother than W7.

MultiCynicalBastard you might think that, but i feel even more inadequate, knowing i missed a ton of them... Brandon Smith it's a great writing exercise. i reccomend picking a band you like, and getting as many song titles as possible into a single story, and if you get their entire discography, you sir, are a better man than i. then again, i was a little shell shocked with how well it came out.
