@@kcrylie I took the simic for a spin but I'm afraid this meta is not favorable. Dimir and the various aggro strategies just get under it before we can stabilize the game. It needs cheap removal

yep thats the down side of this deck you need to be conservative with Unable to Scream and have to rely on Aetherize and Braded Net most of the time.

First time audience member... Exactly my jam :) My personal favorite VERSION of this is with Mossborn Hydra and when Oko ultimates, copying all of your lands results in a 13K/13K Hydra....Definitely gonna stick around for more :) Happy New Year y'all!

Oko is really fun with Doubling Season. I'm surprised more people don't give it a shot.

I think it because of Oko +1, unless your going for reanimate its though to discard two card.

Ive used it once for infinite loop, but I didnt notice it cant create a copy of itself =( even it you turn it into a creature, it will be a creature for the rest of the turn and cant even activate its skill once it became a creature.

Its the speed that keeps it from being more popular. It's why I run llanowar elves in mine because a turn two simulacrum is pretty backbreaking to the tempo of an opponent if they don't have an answer on the spot so if we're on the play, they're cooked

yep its weak against agro, and like any simulacrum deck if you cant find it, its a tough match.

@@panzerswineflu yep that normally happen, that is why sometime you need to cast 3 step ahead or oko to dig, if your fine on cutting some spell you could replace them to something like Forging the Anchor, Farsight Ritual or Thundertrap Trainer.

@kcrylie I don't know any of those cards, didn't know your Planeswalkers either and had to look them up as they were too small to read on my phone screen. It is what it is, shuffler really seems to hate that card specifically or maybe just biased memory.

@@panzerswineflu oops sorry about that, I stop explaining the card that I use since most of them are self explanatory, I just explain why I choose it and recommend some stuffs. anyway, three step ahead normally use as a counter spell, but it can also use to draw some cards or use both modes or even the third option to make a copy of simulacrum, Oko on the other hand, in this deck we want its -5 to make a copy of other permanent, but in some cases you may want just to use its +1 to draw two cards but you have to discard two or discard one if you commit a crime on that turn. the other card that ive recommend can also help you dig some key card like Forging the Anchor look at top 5 of your library and put all artifact on that pile to your hand, the other works almost the same way, just choose which one work the best for you. regarding shuffler, yeah it is what it is, that is why I normally include a lot of card draw or fetch spell. btw I know theres an mtg cards list app I just forget what it called, you may want to have it for reference.

That first game had me like, “GOOD LORD WHAT IS THIS?!” But really, infinite combos should be given the option to let it fizzle at some point so it doesn’t just end in a draw. Dude must’ve been shittin his pants if he didn’t have any board woes to play

ok, this beats the pants off the simic simulacrum deck i was using. i mean i didn't see any games against red aggro, but i probably shouldn't expect simic anything to beat red aggro.

sorry about that, I normally concede against mono red, unless if I got a good hand against them, if not better to move on rather than waste my time. although I have some few win against them, I just didn't included it since its boring to watch.

Im a free to play and dont have large collection of cards for historic or timeless, in terms of events I rather open a pack rather than take chances, although I know drafting are also a good way of expanding your collection, but I dont like that kind of gameplay. may I know why you ask?
