With Gingerbrute, Food is still an artifact type because it is an Artifact. You could theoretically have an Artifact Enchantment Land Creature - Treasure Room Island Elf, if it would actually fit on the typeline, but each subtype would only be there due to its corresponding type being on the card.

In which Nikachu shows he does not understand roman numerals. I=1, V=5, X=10, L=50. If a smaller numeral precedes a larger one, subtract the smaller one from the bigger. So, e.g. XL is 10 before 50, or 40. So XLVIII is 48th.
