Love this set so far. I pretty much only play commander but i do play 60 card vintage from time to time

The set is more basic, in a good way. Cards usually only mix 2 big mechanics at max. But there's not a lot of multicolor Commanders in Foundations. I guess that's why they didn't make commander precons but the Starter Collection instead. A lot of legendaries are even monocolor this time around. So if you want to make monocolor Commander decks, which is centered on two or three mechanics at max, Foundations is a must have, imho. I love Foundations so much that i don't mix it with my other sets but keep it seperate, like you'd seperate standard shape lego blocks from more unusual ones. :3
