Why does delver have to be so good and consistent always. Like they just continue to get improvements...Murktide...Bowmaster...whats fucking next?!

It's hard to say. The consistency essentially comes from the cantrip suite, but as long as WotC continues to print efficient and powerful effects, delver will try to adapt and use them. It is a timeless deck, even if they get rid of delver.
