I think the deck should lean into Naya for Voice of Resurgence. It basically forces your opponent to play on their turn (Especially if Delney is doubling up the triggers) and the added synergy with Winota. Green allows you to play Foundation Breaker as well.

Voice of Resurgence does certainly work well with Delney! And it's legal in Pioneer as well, so perhaps it could work there!! Voice of Resurgence {G}{W} Creature - Elemental Whenever an opponent casts a spell during your turn or when Voice of Resurgence dies, create a green and white Elemental creature token with “This creature’s power and toughness are each equal to the number of creatures you control.”

As another big boy points it out, the new ajani from modern horizons 3 could fit into the deck really nicely and hopefully make it even better!!! I was just thinking about Heartless Summoning! It would allow for Grief and Solitude trigger doubling! Heartless Summoning {1}{B} Enchantment Creature spells you cast cost {2} less to cast. Creatures you control get -1/-1.

Agent is and will always be bonkers. It's why I constantly get into debates about EDH ban list people when they say "b....b...but Sylvan primordial!" and I casually gesture towards Agent, point out he's not legendary, and has upside for stealing too many things, like salt in the wound. In every scenario that Sylvan is "broken", agent is immediately, strictly better.

Seriously, Agent of Treachery is that one card everyone hates. Comboing them with Wynona just makes them many times worse. At least with discard and counters, you didn't get the hope of making a play with the card you actually managed to put in the field in the first place since the cards never got there. You make your whole plan, some dick on the other side just goes "yoink, my play now".
