Corporations exist to bring profits to shareholders. That's the long and short of it. I'm sure they'll find some way to spin it, but if the cost and product fatigue isn't turning you off, AI is not a line in the sand.

If you don't like computer-generated content, you're gonna hate that an online dictionary is going to remind you that 'explanation' isn't spelled with an 'i'. Also Amnesia had it right on the money.

Calling Modern a non-rotating format feels a bit too much like 2014 :D Yes, technically you can play all cards in modern without rotating them out, but the Power Creep in the recent Modern Horizons Sets, especially MH3, kind of makes a lot of recent played cards obsolete. Before Modern Horizons the new cards from Standard Sets, which had a real impact on older, non-rotating formats, where only a few, so you could basically play your Pet / favourite deck for many, many years. Now with MH3 a lot of Decks in Modern wont be good enough anymore, I fear... I am not sure, if I like the new development of Modern Horizons :/ (Although the new cards look bunkers!!)
@Mordalon5 ай бұрын
While new powerful cards can make older cards obsolete, new cards can also make previous unplayable cards relevant. This is true for any non-rotating format. And what do you mean "especially" when MH3 hasn't even come out yet?
@andyony25 ай бұрын
@@Mordalon Yes, thats true! I mean: I saw the first preview gameplay matches from aspriring spike, where they played new deck brews, which heavily included the new MH3 cards. And the games almost didnt look like modern anymore. Each deck was either: - 50%+ more value engine than any previous modern deck - 50% faster combo deck My sentence, with "especially" when MH3 hasnt come out, refers to the first gameplays I watched the last days.
@Mordalon5 ай бұрын
@@andyony2 Obviously the officially sponsored gameplay that got access to unreleased cards is going to heavily feature those new cards. And of coarse people are going to want to brew with the shiny new stuff, doesn't make all of it optimal.
@andyony25 ай бұрын
@@Mordalon that doesnt bother me at all. I love, when new cards are brewn with. I am just curious, how older decks are handling the new brewed decks
