So yeah, we are going back to Lorwyn. But to clarify: We were originally going to go to Lorwyn this year, but they thought Universes Beyond would do “so well” they replaced Lorwyn with a mystery Universes Beyond set.

What are the criteria to be in the best pull list?

It's pretty subjective, but typically at least one huge pull or several very good pulls. A bunch of average ones don't cut it!
