MTH Trains - CitiRail ES44AC Diesel ( Railking )

MTH Trains - Railking Imperial CitiRail ES44AC Diesel Locomotive. This engine was first catalogued in the MTH 2017 Volume 1 Catalog and was released July 2017. Great running and nice looking Diesel with a very nice paint scheme. The Freight Cars are MTH Premier so they might seem a little big for this engine. I didn't feel like switching over to Railking Cars just for 1 video. Although the Premier cars don't look bad with this engine. Thanks for watching. Comments are welcome

This is a unique model Ron. I never saw the CitiRail ES44AC modeled before. I love the colors. The engine looks great! I know you're having fun running this engine.

I just ordered the Premier version of this engine. I'm praying to God that my version has the exact same sounds, horn and bell etc, as the Railking version in this video. The horn and bell in particular are prototypical to the real world ES44AC. Unfortunately MTH as we all know is sometimes notorious for adding the wrong horn, bell or other sounds into the correct engines. Great video, the Citirail paint scheme is the reason I ordered one. Might think about ordering a second who knows.

Your welcome. I just ordered mine today and I picked up 2 cars that I ordered last week. Both came in one of the 2017 catalogs. One was the 60ft flatcar with trash containers and the other was the TTX 50ft plugged double door. boxcar

Hard to believe that's a Railking engine Ron. Honestly I forgot it was while I watched. Swore this was Premier. It's really nice looking and the scale is great. Love the tiger striped nose! Another eagle that has landed! 😆

PghTrainFanatic I think the Railking Imperial ES44AC are the nicest in the Railking line. Looks just as good as the Premier. I like the colors on this engine. Something new and refreshing compared to all the regular road names. Thanks for watching Nick

I'm not a big fan of newer stuff (prefer 4 axles and U boats), but I may to get the Premier version of this. That paint is sharp!
