The first part of the song says "Mwikhulu vembaga Halleluyah..." simply means in Heaven we shall sing and pray etc. The second part is about Jesus who healed/heals me, sees me, He healed me from diseases and hardships. The third one about "Wasena Khu Yesu wasena khu Lwanda ..." is about the fact that when you are in Jesus Christ your are under Him, the Rock. The next parts of the song talk about Jesus my Lord has seen and delivered me And the last part says Let as all stand and declare Halleluyah "Khusinjire vosi khubole Halleluyah..." I hope this helps
