This not only happened in Jamaica, there was a case similar in the Bahamas in 2011 , which caused a split the church became some members believed that the pastor didn't do it an some believed he did even his wife lied to save his face ..anyway he was sentence to a few yrs..but on his release the church plan a Caribbean cruise for the pastor..Jamaica system is a who have money gets a free ride an the poor suffers

My baby girl was molested at 8-years-old by a 45 year old man, under the guidance of my mother. When she called me and told me, I instantly started bleeding like I was shot, literally. I booked a ticket and I arrived in jam. 9 days after it was reported and you know the man was still walking. I went to the station and they said they was just about to come make the arrest.. I told them, they and I will be making the arrest together. I sat out front for maybe 2hours before he and his partner decided. Now after they held him for about 4 months they released him and guess what he went and molested a retarded girl smh and that's when they decided that he won't be let out until my case completed. I was thrown on the stand as well as my child and his lawyer acting like he is smart... I put him, the judge and jury to rest by asking the lawyer, your client was granted bail and was out, please tell us why he is brought in by a prison guard? He stopped talking and I said any of you agree for this man to be free, "then it wasn't just him who molested my child but all of you!" He was sentenced to maximum of the charges and the community members they bow to me because they said he as been doing for years and even them as an adult is a victim smh...but they were afraid of him and his family because they claim that they are strong in obeah working... 😂😂😂 they didn't know I love those challenges... because I know the force that create all there evil.

I know a female who got molested when she was 14 and the entire community came against her,some school mates,teachers,and even family members.The police officer that was put on her case did everything to make the case get thrown out by giving wrong court dates are no court dates at all so she would miss her dates.The female later found out that the officer and the man used to ina relationshipe.The lawyer was no different from the officer seem they were friends.The case was dismissed but he got sentence for another girl for few years then he was out again and that female had to grew up seeing him and lost all trust in the Justice system.

That same thing happened to my niece she was assaulted. She was assaulted by the taxi driver , and my sister chartered to take her to school each morning. Just because the case was taken up by law hands nobody to take her. I understand totally what this lady going through.... There was another situation couple years ago where a pastor drape a child that he was suppose to be counseling, he drape her and got her pregnant. The church and everbody call the woman lie and wicked and chastised them. They even paid for the pastor's lawyer. When dna test do the pastor was the father. What i have realize, its not just pastors but anyone who look good in the eyes of society can do no wrong. They will protect them.
