thanks for the video, i have a question on the Air intake flap, when we increase the engine RMP around 1700 rpm, the turbo does not come on, I was wondering while increase the engine I manually open the flap???is it ok?

There may be a problem with 3/2way solenoid valve which operates ETC 2. Opening manually also ok.

Below 1700 RPM if both turbo charger will run then both will run at low RPM which results in less cjarge air pressure ...it is due to less exhaust pressure

Check the linkages associated with ETC Flap actuator. They should be free when engine is in static mode.
