I got my first Gameboy 6 months after this day. I still have the same Tetris cartridge. The Gameboy didn't make it though. 2 years later we moved and just like a typical careless kid I threw it in a box and buried it with other stuff and it cracked the LCD lol. It led to me getting a green Gameboy Pocket which is still my fav model.

@@A722R I wasn’t alive in the early 80s. You see, I was born in 1994. TRL made mtv, your completely wrong. Heck TRL should’ve been in the 80s when it launched. MTV I bet would’ve redone it that way immediately. The rest, your right about but music evolves each time. You can’t make that statement cause music will change and change forevermore.

After watching several different MTV 90’s commercials, Hugh grant was in almost every movie in the 90’s, if you needed to call someone you had to find a pay phone and you used 1-800 Call ATT, everyone drank Redbull Snapple and Pepsi, most people had serious skin issues, it used to cost a crap ton of money to make phone calls to a city a few hours away, and to send money for whatever you had to go to western union.

Remember the middle school pep rally in the gym and you were the only one who didn't know the words to the Alanis Morissette song to sing along with the rest of the school? Then in 7th grade you didn't have cable TV so you spent morning breaks in the classroom before humanities watching MTV and the teacher was nice enough to let the Backstreets Back music video keep playing after the bell rang
